Burning inside penis

Hey. I've just registered here hoping that maybe you guys can help me out.

I'm having a slight burning inside my penis. Il start from the begining. I was circumsized about my 17 years old and everthing wen't well. But when i go the beach and when i try to pee inside the water for some reason i couldn't do it anymore confortably. It would hurt allot, but i always managed to do it. Now this year something happen(i'm now 20). I did too much force and i made some wounds there inside the urethra mainly near the tip and in the begining of the penis.

First i thought it would heal up, but then when i needed to urinate it would burn after i was done. Never during it. Soo i tought i would give some time and drink allot of water to help it. But it has been more then a week and still burns. They decreased. No longer burns when i'm done urinating. But hurts when i press my penis where the urethra passes. Mostly near the tip and in the begining of the penis. I'm trying to avoid the doctor but since i'm not seeing an end to this i might try here for some tips.

And i never had any sexual relation yet. Soo no deseases of the sort. And i consider myself pretty healthy.

Hope you guys know something about this can give me some tips. Sorry if I made some mistakes. My english is a bit bad.

 

One. you shouldn't be peeing inside a lake, river, pond, ocean.. Swimming pools optional. lol..

But the other bodies of water contain many micro-organisms and bacteria. Just because your flow is pushing out does not mean something thing can not get in.. Something may have gotten in there.

See a doctor..

 

you should see a doctor about this. you may have a number of conditions, including a possible case of penile trollitis

 

I doubt the water had anything. I live in Portugal. The ocean is good and everybody does it lol. I always did. And if i didn't pee in the water i would have nowhere to go either. It's just normal to do that really.

 

better see the doctor before it gets infected and falls off

If you pee in the water and 100 other people do the same. The water isnt sanitized. Oceans are full of dangerous living creatures too that may have not even been identified..

i really don't think you can hurt yourself by pissing too hard. it does sound more like something got up in there than anything else.
