To start out, my brother and I smoked some salvia together. It was his first time and I wanted to witness him first. We thought we had everything under control with a good atmosphere and mood setting. He had a good time with his hit when he went. But not me.

After he came back out of his trip, I was warming up the bowl with my lighter. Then just as I took a hit, the phone rang and he answered it. It was a phone call of someone important and as he was on the phone I collapsed onto the floor and made some weird noises, loud noises. This phone call made me panic because I didn't want whoever it was on the other end to hear me or know what was going on. This was when the bad trip started.

I felt like the world was smearing my body into the carpet and was twisting me around and around. I couldn't see anything real in front of me. But my brother said I picked up the wooden triangle off the pool table near by; this explains why I started seeing a whole bunch of pool balls melting and going down a whirl pool. I was laughing because it felt so weird. But then panic and fear ensued. I wanted to get out of it. I felt like all my memories and life experiences were getting sucked down this whirl pool. Good memories and my loved ones were leaving me. I thought for sure my brother was experiencing the same thing I was (but he was only witnessing me in reality). This whirlpool got bigger and more powerful. It started sucking in and devouring everything around me. I saw people dying and getting pulled into this void of a whirlpool. It soon turned from a multi-colored whirlpool into a whirlpool of blood. I couldn't stand. I felt like my brain was put into a blender. I asked my brother why this was happening to me. Apparently he wasn't giving me the answers I wanted and I yelled in desperation "Please listen!!!!" He started freaking out too since i was having such a terrible time.

The trip was so scary I was in tears.

Moral of the story: unplug your phone and don't answer it for anybody. Be in the right mindset when you hit salvia. One split second of unfamiliarity and paranoia can destroy a good time.

Whoa. Sounds like you have some issues, that's what the salvia is telling you. You obviously weren't prepared for what salvia can do. Your brother sounds like a terrible sitter, too.

"Hello, who is it? Hold please, my brother is trying to ram his head into the corner pocket."

It was his first time on salvia, let alone witnessing someone tripping on salvia. He had never had the responsibility of trip sitting before. I hope he knows better now. I've had wonderful and chaotic experiences on the substance, so I'm not going to let this get me down and never try it ever again.

There was no caller ID on this old land line phone so he recorded the person's name and number as I collapsed onto the floor.

But yes, he was a terrible sitter and I think he learned a lot from it.

    lmao

My first sitter sucked as well, it was me, the beer told me everything would be cool so after a couple hits of weed and some nitrous I decided to get "really high" and hit the salvia. Lights on, Tv on, alone and on several other chemicals.... and a bad trip to boot, yup I done screwed that night up. Fascinating and terrifying at the same time.
