Been fightin' so long Do you still know what your fighting for? Say all you want is peace ,but your out on the street promoting war Sighning up or sisters and brothers For what you call a rightous war ,but is it right to take a life? When does peace come? After the gun shots, after the bombs go off When a little boys crying because he lost his mom? War has been happening for millions of years But what does it bring? Heartbreak and tears I wanna new aprouch one that will bring hope. A cahance at a better life For you and me for your children that will come to be So put down your and take my hand We'll march through the street with nothing but love and peace in hand.
