I want to meet a wood chuck so he could chuck my wood each summer into my wood shed. I would pay him all pinecones he/she would ever need. If you know of any send em my way.
They would chuck whatever they didn't need for winter ...the rest would be safely stored lower than the average ice level actually Im thinking beavers,,i dont know what woodchucks are
I think a woodchuck is something of a gopher, beaver, and marmet. Their is only one poster on this site who has connections to the rodent sciuridae world...maybe we find out.
how much time has this woodchuck got to chuck the wood if he could? i may be able to make a calculation based on that... but i may need to know if he has access to food/drink/sexual partner and how strong his powers of concentration are, and how desperate he is to actually chuck the wood... i mean, is he thinking of building something or maybe he is trying to kill something, or is he just passing the time of day?
