What is industrial anyway? Seems no one can decide really. I heard it's like techno/metal. Fear Factory seem to fit this genre according to people I've spoken with, yet Rammstein, way more electronic sound don't fall under the category.
Well if you listenend to XM radio BEFORE THE MERGER WITH SIRIUS they had a metal strea, that played mostly all INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH METAL and it was awesome!! LIQUID METAL -- XM42 (Ah do i mi$$ it) When im in the mood for metal,LIQUID METAL was the best!!
In my book both Fear factory and Rammstein fit the industrial metal tag, the ultimate industrial metal band for me though is Ministry (especially Psalm 69 of course) but I admit I'm not really a fan of the genre.
some of our fans would suggest my band spine extraction has a slight industrial feel....... but just select songs on our album:rockon:
