How quickly will a hydrocodon tolerance build?

    I have 60 5/500's and I took 7 yesterday so I think it best to give my liver a break today.. but if I took the same dose (30-35mg) every 4-5 days would I notice a decrease in the effectiveness of the drug?

    if you don't HAVE to take em tomorrow then don't. skip a few days and then go back. plus do a CWE. it'll save your liver and you'll get a better rush.

    Nope, APAP in the Vicodin is harsh on the liver and doesn't get you any higher so the CWE is a major benefit.
