MG Seeds: CWE Then Evap Questions

Hey guys just had a question about a process my pink ferret was going to be starting today. My silly ferret has lately been experimenting with morning glory seeds and really doesn't like the taste of just straight cold water extraction and is looking for different methods. Extractions with ether/naptha/ect are not really wanted. My pink ferret was going to basically do a cwe and after filtering the water pour it into a tray to let it evaporate into brown sludge substance. Now come the questions.

Does anyone know if it is better to just encapsulate this sludge or is more required/recommended, such as dissolving the sludge into high % alchohl and evaping that and then taking it either through encapsulation it or dissolving a bit into a shot to drink? And could someone explain why it would be better to evaporate twice (water then alch) and if encapsulation is actually a good method or not?
