"LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Yep, I'm in love. A few months back my fiance and I went here to take that next step and pick out an engagement ring. What girl doesn't like jewelry shopping? Well, honestly, I'm really not that into it, but going shopping for for this piece was amazingly fun! I must have looked at 20 different rings before I settled on a custom made one with a slim band and a halo. Then the now fiance choose a brilliant center stone. Needless to say, my ring is perfect (for me). Now two months I wanted to kill some time so I stumbled in here again thinking I'd look for a wedding band. Again, I tried on about 20 bands until the sales associate went into the back and picked out a ring jacket that just sparkles "like a diamond in the sky"... Every time I walk in through the doors I'm greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY PATIENT sales associates! I'm thankful for their lifetime warranties as well! And come 5 or 10 years, I can't wait to get the center stone upgraded."

"I have been looking for the perfect ring for 3 months. Like every girl that likes jewelry does, I went to Shane Co. Like 10 times to make sure I am getting the perfect ring. When I found the perfect ring and diamond combination I left Sarah with my boyfriend's contact information and she did the rest from there. Thanks Sarah!! You would assume that when you walk into a jewelry store it would feel like a car dealership!! NOT at Shane Co!!! Every time I went into that store I was treated with respect. I worked with 3 or 4 different sales people and never felt like I was being pushed to make a decision. As I was shopping around I realized this place had the best prices and selection, did I mention they have great CUSTOMER SERVICE? Everyone from the sales associates, goldsmiths to their cashiers have a ton of knowledge and took the time to educate me. He went in on a weekend and they are really busy on the weekends but they still spend time with every customer to make sure we get the help we need. Not only did they have my ring sized and ready but they sized my Mom's ring for her even though she didn't purchase it at Shane Co. "I couldn't have asked for a better wedding band shopping experience! Thank you, Shane Co! My fiance and I went shopping for wedding bands one day and decided to come to Shane Co based off a friend's recommendation... It's extremely classy inside, the staff is extremely professional, and they don't have tacky billboards or promo posters around the store. ...Larry ended up helping us out with a majority of our decisions. I ended up narrowing down my band down to two and I seriously took a good 10-15 minutes just trying them on...and back and forth and back and forth. He was really patient while waiting on us and I'm so glad he didn't rush us because I made the perfect decision. We ended up having to come back 2 more times to make my special order purchase then to pick up my ring and Larry remembered us after all that time. "I just have to say that I love this place. It was suggested to us by a friend of mine who got her and her husband's ring here 10 years ago, and she would not stop gushing about the Shane Co. I came into Shane Company at your Roseville location and was promptly greeted in a very friendly and comfortable manner by several staff members. "I wanted you to know what a wonderful time I had shopping at Shane [Co]. I told the young lady, Lauren, that my husband and I had been to three other stores looking for a bridal set and had explained that we were in a certain budget. One store, the "He went to J....." store seem not to understand that we were firm on the amount we were going to spend, but no, they just kept bringing out rings (of course I liked) but two to three thousand more than we were spending. Bye-bye! We went to two other stores but nothing they showed really hit me for the price. So your establishment is where I ended up.
