A few months back my fiance and I went here to take that next step and pick out an engagement ring. What girl doesn't like jewelry shopping? Well, honestly, I'm really not that into it, but going shopping for for this piece was amazingly fun! I must have looked at 20 different rings before I settled on a custom made one with a slim band and a halo. Then the now fiance choose a brilliant center stone. Needless to say, my ring is perfect (for me). Now two months I wanted to kill some time so I stumbled in here again thinking I'd look for a wedding band. Again, I tried on about 20 bands until the sales associate went into the back and picked out a ring jacket that just sparkles "like a diamond in the sky"... Every time I walk in through the doors I'm greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY PATIENT sales associates! I'm thankful for their lifetime warranties as well! He went in on a weekend and they are really busy on the weekends but they still spend time with every customer to make sure we get the help we need. I went back two days ago to get my ring sized and they had it ready for me the next day, now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not only did they have my ring sized and ready but they sized my Mom's ring for her even though she didn't purchase it at Shane Co.
