Do you mind having your thread highjacked into an evolutionary debate?

rambleON is kind of right: Evolution is a religion. Watch the programme "Forbidden Archeology" for something in the way of an alternative to and evidence against the standard claims of current acadamia. There is, however, a great deal of material that would indicate evolution through natural selection is a major player in life on earth.

You mention Lucy's tooth, a poignant example. Many scientists believed some time ago that there were many more species of dinosaur than we believe today. This is because bones from different species were often found near to each other, so they would put the bones together and hey presto! A new species! I am not saying evolution is not how we came to be. I am saying that just because all the scientists THINK that it is (no reasonable scientist would be entirely certain without absolute proof) feasable, does not mean it is the be-all and end-all of truth.

Evolution is definitely the best argument going, though. Please offer a solution to the question of how we came to be here if not by evolution, rambleON. It would make it easier to not believe in it.

Also, with the "big bang" the universe exploded forward in time...and according to the laws of objects in motion why do some galaxies spin back wards, breaking this law ?

Comets only last 10,000 years...why are there still comets if the universe is BILLIONS AND BILLIONS years old ? The Ocuird belt is not proof.

Why do 18 moons in our solar system spin back ward and break the law of motion ?

Becase they were created, and did not chemically evolve. Chemicals do not evolve.
