    moved the bricks and covered the poor Bandit with dirt...
    looks like kids attacked it, but it may have died some other way...

    I would have eaten the maggots. They just broke down all that raccoon matter for you. Churned marrow i'd say by now.....mmmm spread that on toast.

    you would of likes, in one area there was a nice huge pile of maggots. Of course once I moved the bricks thats where they was. I wondered why am I doing public works affairs cleaning up roadkill? Guess I dont like bricks in the road.. :p

    You are actually doing a great thing. I once had a bone go into my tire from a deer carcass.

    Id probably do that on any roadway if I could and it wasnt to bothersome. I drive past there often.

    what we really had was a cinder block broken, so the bricks were really like this..

    the maggots was on all the bloody part the brick though.. It was pretty gruesome .. possible bubonic plague material.. Smelled great, and I used my bare hands.. And I rubbed my EYES<>.... :willy_nilly:

    Racoons are really scary, they can carry all sorts of diseases and scary stuff like that. lol...Happy you did the right thing tho! Stay up :sunny:
