I want one of these jobs so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love this kind of stuff. i find it so relaxing. so it makes me mad when there are people doing these kinds of jobs when they do not even enjoy it. it is such a simple easy job.

I always want these jobs but it is always foreigners get these kind of jobs. they always complain that they work so hard and get payed so little. freaking cry babies.

i can run 10 miles and I am super shape. I will pick oranges faster than any of those other workers. I will be the fastest orange picker ever.

If you are truly a hard worker and want to contribute to the employer positively, it will show through.

I'd love to land myself one of those jobs in the south of europe. Hard work, but who cares you're out in the sun all day.

Couple of mates in Holland did that when I lived in a squat in 2006, went away for a few weeks and came back looking like indians.

  4. And as for peeps complaining about that type of job - every form of legal employment is honorable. There is no such thing as a menial job. I used to love fruit picking in the summer. Yeah it's hard work but outside, fresh air, good company, what more could you want. The problem is that a lot of unemployed think that this kind of work is beneath them. WTF!

i'd rather work in a field all the time than work some high paying stressful corporate job. I have the skills to do both but I really do not need all that money. I spend very little money.

I have a second cousin who does this as a job and has done it successfully for 20 years now. It requires the willingness to move seasonally.

His home is in NZ, during their prime seasons he picks apples and clam diggs. Gets him enough money to go to England for their prime apple season, which pays for his ticket back to NZ
