Marijuana legalization advocates organize to put new measure on California ballot

The campaign behind a failed initiative to legalize marijuana in California announced Friday it had formed a new committee to put another measure on the ballot. full story

Sure, but also 2012 is a presidential election year, a higher turnout is a definite.

The 2012 bill should improve on the flaws of the 2010 bill. The 2010 bill had some really stupid stuff in it that made a lot of pro-legalization people vote against it.

2010 would have passed if it wasn't severely flawed. 2012 will fix that if people are half smart. (which, in the current political environment, is up for serious debate)
