Well she was the one to bring it up in the first place. So we started looking and she changed her mind about it so I dropped it right. But then a month later she started talking about it again so we started looking again and she changed her mind again. With no reason why so i guess I am confussed on what to think or do here.

I'm with The Imaginary Being there, i think she doesnt want to do it. But, since u think she does, maybe just ask her to make all the arrangements (like meet up with a third person, ask them, invite them over etc). If she doesnt do anything or shows that shes hesitant, then u'll know.
