    Hi all!

Me and my girlfriend have been together over a year now and are considering anal sex. But I have a few questions. Namely, if me and my GF both are totally healthy, no sexual diseases (no HIV, no STD) etc, then is anal sex still risky? Is there still bigger risk to get some disease? And is it very dirty? :D I mean, its butt, does she have to wash herself very carefully before anal sex or something like that?

    Thanks in advance :)

I've had anal sex with my girlfriend plenty of times, always without a condom, and there's never been any mess. I think it's just about being sensible - not trying it if she's recently been for a no 2, and she may be comfortable taking a quick shower beforehand. If she's an anal virgin, you'll probably want to get her warmed up by fingering her ass a little beforehand. I'd suggest she gets comfortable with a couple of fingers before you try your cock. Use loads of lube and go very gently. Let her control it, and you should both enjoy it. She should expect it to hurt a little the first few times, same as vaginal, but it's about trust. Anal was a huuuge fantasy of mine for years, and now we have it, it's every bit as good and naughty and fun as I'd hoped. My girlfriend is now usually the one to suggest it.
    Good luck.

PS, don't ever go from her ass to her pussy without washing your cock or changing condoms, else you risk giving her a bacterial infection. I always wash my cock afterwards just to be on the safe side too.

As said, lots of lube, lots and lots of lube and take it easy at first.

Ok, thanks guys. But what about that diseas and that kind of stuff? When we both are totally healthy, is there any bigger risk with anal sex?
I understand that from anus to pussy is no good. But other way around (from vaginal sex to anal) is ok, right?

Pussy to ass is fine. If you are both disease free there is no risk. If you have other partners use a condom.

As said, take it easy at first and use plenty of lube.

    Enjoy (we do!)!

No to diseases as long as you both are disease free as it stands now, which is sounds like you are. The worst disease you can get in your case, or rather her case, would be a UTI. But I take a cranberry supplement after anal to prevent this, so I can switch back and forth from vaginal to anal, how I want, and not get an infection.

As for mess, there shouldn't be any. If a girl is "regular" and has gone to the bathroom that day at some point, there shouldn't be a mess.

I agree with what everyone else has said about lube though, and taking it slow. It's a good idea to encourage her to be on all fours for the first experience, with the guy entering her from behind. This way she can push back at her pace, and take each inch at her leisure, as she relaxes and adjusts to size.
