Idk. I've known guys who did that. Maybe he doesn't know if he wants to be with her. Maybe he is embarrassed about her. Maybe he really doesn't want to be with her at all but doesn't have the balls to break up with her or else he feels sad letting her down. Maybe eh just likes sex. Maybe she gave him permission.
