I am interested immensely in these after stumbling onto them browsing the web.
Does anyone have any experience with these?
I want to use snail shells as the calcium oxide necessary to convert the present 5-HO-DMT to 5-O-DMT, which will precipitate any nausea.
I also want to make a bird bone pipe(?) to rail it; maybe carve it up, but probably not haha.
Also, I've heard that the Anadenanthera Peregrina are really Colubrinas.. Is this true? Any sources on legit Peregrina? I'd rather use Yopo than Vilca, as it's less contingent on the effects of regular DMT and 5-MeO-DMT than it is on the 5-(H)O-DMT's action.

I'd say the resulting trip was mostly because of the 5-HO-DMT, and it has very little to do with actual N,N-DMT. I have tried these before, and it took seemingly alot more nose suffering than I was expecting to have an actual psychedelic experience. I did the baking soda and lime method, so perhaps that why it was extra unpleasent for my nose. It was all stuffed and swolen afterwards, and I experienced one bout of nausea that quickly subsided. And no Anadenanthera Peregrina should be your Yopo seeds, unless somebody is dicking you around. A similar seed is Anadenanthera Columbrina, which nickname is Cebil. When experimenting, I found these seeds to be extremely similar, but slightly less potent than the Yopo. I found it was worth doing once, but not worth doing again because of the sheer unpleasant effects it has on your nasal passages. Hope this helped. Love n light.

Ah, I have a beautiful Columbrina tree that I grew from a seed. I tried the snuff once, if you have done other hallucinogens it's fairly worthless. But the trees are gorgeous.
