Just wondering if there was anyone in the Essex area that would be prepared to help me with some dreadballing or crocheting. Cheers. Neil

I went to Essex once on a sailing course. Hated it. The sailing, not Essex. Though the area my Uncle lived in was a bit naff.

Don't blame ya for hating the sailing lol and yes some of Essex is crap but if ya get the right spot with the right people it's pretty good. The kitesurfing scene is getting better and better and so are the people here in Southend on sea. The worst bit about Essex is it's reputation .... Oh and Basildon.... Lol

Yep jaywick and clacton are cool too. Clacton has a cracking watersport area and I used to go jaywick Market as a kid lol and find starfish on the beach. Nothing wrong with being a homebird especially an Essex one
