of the 2 jobs I've interviewed for recently I just got a job offer!!! BUT it's the job I don't want as much. I'm shadowing someone on Thursday evening for the other job I want but this is hard to do, because I told the woman that offered me the job I'd call her back Friday, but I won't know about this other job till Monday or Tuesday...FUCK i don't know what to do because I don't want to turn this down just in case this other one doesn't work out...I'm stressing, yet excited!

also my year anniversary is tomorrow arty:

making a BUNCH of good food this week, glorrrry!

Meh, I find those apocalypse-types amusing to be honest. Well, maybe it depends on the person and how fervently and obnoxiously they speak about it. But Im attracted by weird and strange ideas, and rather then tell them how i feel about it right away, i would start asking questions that eventually become more and more absurb, but not in a mocking manner, completely hoping this person takes rein of their imagination and runs with it. There is something magical about a good story, no?

anyways, my grandma died yesterday and i'm not sure how i'm supposed to feel. i'm not really all that sad... :/

 

If she lived a long, full life, you could maybe celebrate that life.

I don't want anybody to feel sad when it's time for me. Not to lessen anything you might be going through...I'm just saying it's perfectly natural or normal, imo, not to be greatly saddened when a grandparent goes. It's different for different ppl.

 

On another note, I cannot believe I didn't post this here; but in the baked thread...

My cat LOVES fan leaves...MUCH prefers them to the cat-nip I gave her...she even has attacked my hand b/c I took too long to get her the leaf! She has no ill effects; and surely this creature wouldn't love something that would do her any harm.

BB took one smell and bite of this and knew that was what she wanted.

why is it that good nights rarely get better, but shitty nights can always get shittier. i cut myself, burned myself, and burned a roux. then when i started the roux over, it didnt thicken my gravy properly. and thats just the last half hour!
