here in Aus our right lane is the "express" lane so these people should be pulling to the left to allow the more faster drivers and not the pensioners to pass /so piss off truck drivers, learner drivers and sightseers:bobby:
I like to pass 'em on the right(slow lane here) get in front of 'em and slow waaaaaaaaay down. They usually get the hint and move over so people can pass 'em. I think they're powerless people that like to show they can regulate others lives by backing up 15-20 cars and stubbornly poking along. They KNOW we're back there and want to pass.
some dont seem to know ..like they are clueless and totally obscure to whats going on,i dont know if its law but its certainly an unwritten one and common knowledge and yes some are just pricks of the road !:2thumbsup:
I agree that slower traffic should travel in the slow lane however, drivers in the "express" lane don't have a god-given right to speed, at least as far as the law is concerned it's the drivers going 90 mph (150 kph) that cause the accidents. also weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating drivers that are too impatient and too reckless are much more of a problem than the ones that are too slow
sometimes i drive "slow" in the passing lane. often the right lane (i'm in the states) is more bumpy than the passing lane, so when no one's around, i'll drive in the passing lane, but it's never below the speed limit or even equal to it. sometimes someone flies up behind me before i notice, so i don't have time to get over, and they are getting over to pass me on the right so quick. so i let em what i hate is when someone passes me and then has to get over in front of me as QUICK as they can. especially it's it's raining and they spray their mist all over me. tailgating is the WORST
