George's Cadillac from Ted's Montana Grill. It's bison meat, with bacon and bbq sauce. That restaurant is the shit. I actually found a picture. The bacon is nice and soft and the burger is cooked just right. Your choice of sides. I usually get the asparagus.
I like to make them really thin...I like to add crushed crackers into the meat before cooking and black pepper my usual toppings are ketchup mayo lettuce and tomato
I dig buffalo/ bison burgers. as rare as you can serve it to me please (yes, I have been served raw meat when asking for that... and it was delicious) I prefer to make my own burgers at home, but there are a few places I know that really gets it right
in ontario i like ''licks'' burgers...they look normal but are garlicky deliscous here is the place to stop if you ever visit here
there is a licks on fairview in Burlington that has the best bagel place right next to it. called Bukamaranga. if you're in the area stop in and get a bagel with your choice of 10-12 cream cheeses.
