This is a meditation hymn composed by the greatest of Gurus, Bhagawan Adi Shankaracharya. It is called the Nirvana Shatakam or Atma Shatakam. The web age below has the words and the meaning.

It is a great tool for chanting before meditation, where the mind is calmed and tuned to the Highest Self, the goal of meditation. A realaudio recording of the chanting of nirvana shatakam is available at http://divyajivan.org/realaudio/nirvana_shatakam.ram

    Mano Buddhyahankaara Chittaani Naaham
Na Cha Shrotra Jihve Na Cha Ghraana Netre
Na Cha Vyoma Bhoomir Na Tejo Na Vaayuhu
    Chidaananda Roopah Shivoham Shivoham

I am not the mind, intellect, ego or memory (the 4 antahkaranas)
I am not the ears, tongue, nose or eyes (or skin)
I am not space, earth, fire or wind (or water)
I am the form of conciousness and bliss,
I am Shiva, I am auspiciousness.

Na Cha Praana Samjno Na Vai Pancha Vaayuhu
Na Va Sapta Dhaatur Na Va Pancha Koshah
Na Vaak Paani Paadau Na Chopastha Paayuh
    Chidaananda Roopah Shivoham Shivoham

I am not the breath not the five vital airs
I am not the 7 forms of matter nor the 5 sheaths of conciousness
nor am I the speech, the hands, the feet, nor the genitals or anus
I am the form of conciousness and bliss,
I am the eternal Shiva, I am auspiciousness.

Na Me Dvesha Raagau Na Me Lobha Mohau
Mado Naiva Me Naiva Maatsarya Bhaavah
Na Dharmo Na Chaartho Na Kaamo Na Mokshah
    Chidaananda Roopah Shivoham Shivoham

There is no like nor dislike in me, nor greed or delusion
I know not pride not jealousy
I have no duty (to perform), (desire for) wealth, lust nor liberation (these are the 4 ends of mortal life)
I am the form of conciousness and bliss,
I am the eternal Shiva, I am auspiciousness.

Na Punyam Na Paapam Na Saukhyam Na Dukham
Na Mantro Na Teertham Na Vedo Na Yajnaha
Aham Bhojanam Naiva Bhojyam Na Bhoktaa
    Chidaananda Roopah Shivoham Shivoham

No virtue nor vice, no pleasure nor pain
I need no mantras, nor pilgrimage, not scriptures nor rituals,
I am not the experienced, nor the experience itself, nor the experiencer,
I am the form of conciousness and bliss,
I am the eternal Shiva, I am auspiciousness.

Na Me Mrityu Shankaa Na Me Jaati Bhedah
Pita Naiva Me Naiva Maataa Na Janma
Na Bandhur Na Mitram Gurur Naiva Shishyah
    Chidaananda Roopah Shivoham Shivoham

I have no fear of death nor any classification of caste
I have no father, no mother, for I was never born
I am not a relative, nor a friend nor a teacher nor a student
    I am conciousness and bliss
I am Shiva, I am auspiciousness.

    Aham Nirvikalpo Niraakaara Roopaha
    Vibhur Vyaapya Sarvatra Sarvendriyaanaam
Sadaa Me Samatvam Na Muktir Na Bandhah
    Chidaananda Roopah Shivoham Shivoham

I am devoid of duality, my form is formlessness
I exist everywhere, pervading all senses,
I am always unchanging, neither am I free nor am I captive
    I am conciousness and bliss
I am Shiva, I am auspiciousness.
