Tell Me What To Do

I don't want public humiliation or live web chat or anything like that. I still live with my family and don't really want anything where I could get caught (unlike for some people, that actually extinguishes the fire for me). I am a woman. I do not have any toys, nor will I buy anything, I just want to be told what to do. It doesn't have to be sexual. It can be anything that you can think of that won't get me sick! haha I hope I am posting this in the right place!

Draw a dot on a piece of paper, stick it somewhere on the wall or the back of a chair where you can sit comfortably with it at eye level. Make any necessary preparations to sit for a long time. Stare at it for 90 minutes. You can blink but you can't look away.
