Hey all. Just wondered if anyone else is in a similar predicament. I'm a single mum who is pregnant. I am pro life so i'm having the baby even though it is unplanned and i will be on my own.

I'm a bit of a sook on and off, go to love hormones don't cha? lol

Mostly i'm ok. I have my moments though.
The father was abusive mentally so i left. He doesn't want the baby. His involvement is a big question mark at the moment.

I'm just trying to stay positive at the moment. Basically i'm just reaching out for moral support and willing to give it back as well. Being a sinlge mother allready i know the good the bad and the ugly of it. I'm a pretty strong woman so i know i can do it. It's just nice to be able to relate to other women who are in the same boat :)

Hi, I have 5 month old son nd I've been where you are, it's not easy being pregnant and hving baby on your own, and the whole "baby daddy" situation caused me a lot of stress when i was pregnant, if you need to talk any time, just email me (I'm not on here often)

stay strong, having my son by myself is the best thing that's ever happened to me :)

    congratulations on your baby :)

Assuming it's not too late, at this point I'd have to strongly recommend adoption into a functioning home. There's lots of great people who can't have their own kids for whatever reason, from infertility to homosexuality, but they could raise a kid just great, without the HEAVY baggage that you WILL place on a child in that situation.

My daughter is a single mother of a 4 year old boy. She has the support of her step-father and myself, her father and his wife, her son's other set of grandparents, plus tons of other family and friends. None of our lives would be as complete without his smiling little face and none of us would have ever considered not keeping him in our family.
