    25mph winds?... am I missing something here? 25mph ain't really shit

    Ordinarily no... but in a particularly dry situation 25mph sustained winds greatly enhances fire danger. It's still a fairly windy situation.

    This is complete BS!!!

    They could use HAARP and cause major rain to fall there IF THEY WANTED TO!!

    and now theres major flooding in northeast PA and Parts of New York. Also because of Lee.
