    OP, quit being a baby and go do something.

    Today I went to class and struggled through easy algebra, drew a fly dressed as US special forces, picked up my girlfriend and daughter, went to the thrift store, found a record player and 2 tchaikovsky records, a beetoven record (was supposed to be 5th symphony, had the wrong record in the case, 5th paino concerto.... blarg. but it's okay, just not as exciting as his 5th symphony) and some "larry elgart and his hooked on swing orchestra" thing, which isn't amazing but didn't deserve to rot with the rest of the christian/holiday themed records, and a logitech surround sound 3.2 system, and a bob dylan tape, and then spent the rest of the day purchasing the parts at radio shack to solder a connector to put the record player through my normal speaker system as a pre-amp, and put the headphone jack on that into my new speaker system, allowing for almost acceptable preformance without a pre-amp.

    So now I have a turntable, and had great fun today, and still have lots of fun international relations homework to do. Go do something, and quitcha-bitchin.

    Oh, I'm also 30 dollars poorer, with nothing worthwhile to show for it. But you don't want money, and I'm still not poor.

    That is pretty solid advice. The only cure for boredom is action of some sort. No drug in the world will cure boredom like just getting up and doing anything (hobby, school, work) would.
