your pictures are to hard to organize.. this is an interesting specimen ..
your gonna have to got to shroomery.org with that kinda volume of Identification.. If these are indeed all your own finds. Your area is ripe for some Trippy shrooms too, just where they are ?? Idk..

Please make sure you come back to Hip Forum and enjoy our community.... You find giving the mycoheads at shroomery bad pics and field data.. They will become hostile and noob you into the ground.

You are always welcome here. /unfortunately we have very little Mycology experts here.. And when dealing with fungi, getting the early data is critical.

I have been a long standing member of shroomery. Are we really that bad towards noobs? Yea I guess some of us are. There is a group that I belong to within shroomery. It is called Amateur Mycologists United(AMU) Its a group of very experienced mycologists who spend a good portion of our
day answering noob questions. If im not around and anyone needs some help you can post in our Q&A thread. We usually respond very quickly.

I like this community and plan on spending time here so hopefully I can answer most mycology questions

Do not eat unknown mushroom mycetism(mushroom poisoning) is very nasty. You dont want to eat mushrooms that have not been professionally ID'd.

Yea allan is awesome. I dont spend anytime in any threads he participates in. I leave the ID`ing to the ID'ers. I can ID cubes, pans, subbs and other actives but not all the other mushrooms.

I believe those shrooms belong to the amanita family but those arent death caps (Amanita Muscaria)

amanita muscaria is the red (or orange or yellow) one - like in mario
death cap is the name for
    Amanita phalloides

do you guys know the full scientific names for the "pans" and "subs" you are talking about?

i feel like i remember something about "pan subs" that grow in wet grass around here (ny state)

    pan subbalteatus?

it's not on the site i was looking at - http://www.kingdomoffungi.com/db/ab-index.php?sort=all

I occasionally get pan subs in my very own yard. sometimes mixed with foes. / this year must of been their dormant year. Wild shroom do not always pop up in the same location yr after yr.., they may skip a year.. Weather as well is critical.

Yea subbs and foe's are very very mild mushrooms. You need to eat alot to trip off of them, but it is possible

foes are mainly inactive. sometimes subs sneak in with the foes.. But they are not toxic.. I ate about 2 handfuls of foes once and I was getting mild visuals. but im still pinning it on subs getting in there to, rather than tripping off serotonin .. followed by a head ache... Pan foes really are not worth eating in handfuls like that..
