Help with dread style? (looks like some kind of bun)

Can anybody give me advice for getting my dreads into a bun like in this video? My locks are similar to his, and that looks like a great way to keep them out of my face when I can't wear my tam.

that is just a high bun, prob with one or two, big hair bands, i use the head bands as hair bands, wrap them up three times to hold my dreads in place, it only works til you get to a certain length though, after that the bun gets too big or there is too much of the ends coming forward

 

Thanks for the tip. I've always had sort hair so I really have no idea what to do with my locs. I assumed that he had somehow tied them up using only his hair.
