Did I blow the chances or can I salvage this?

So I am working as a taxi driver for a couple of months and tonight I met a girl who was incredibly friendly with me and asked for my phone number so we can spend some time together over the next few days before she goes back to where she comes from. She gave me her phone so I could enter my phone number and showing my age in all it's glory, I think I stuffed it up!!! I mean, I entered the right phone number but I don't think I saved it. So I think that she doesn't have my phone number and I kow that there is no way she is going to be able to find me. She doesn't even know what taxi company I was working for. My intentio is to go to where I think I dropped her off tomorrow morning and I hope to find her.

This could be a beautiful thing .......

Hint. If she gives you her phone, call yourself with it. That gets your data into her phone and verifies that you pressed the right keys. It also puts her number in your phone.

 

The stupid thing is that I know things like that. I can't believe I screwed it up.

Oh well I went around to the unit where I think I dropped her off and knocked on the door but there was o answer so I left a note explaining that I don't think she has my number and wrote it on the note. So, who knows what happens next.

I'm going to write a song about this.

So at least there is a happy ending.

So I drove past the unit this afternoon and the note is gone. It would be nice to think that if it was the wrong house the person who received the note would let me know but I don't think there is much chance of that. Hopefully she got the note and will phone me tonight or tomorrow and we'll drive up the beach and have wild passionate sex for a whole afternoon.
