I'm coming to you guys on HipForums hoping that you could maybe help me with my horrible premature ejaculation. I would describe my case as very severe, and it's affecting every aspect of my life.

My first sexual experience was when i was 16 yrs old. I had friends over at my house and we were all paired up in couples in my living room watching movies. The girl I was with and I, started making out and within 15 secs of kissing I could feel my pelvic muscles contract involuntarily and next thing i knew I was blowing a load in my boxers. I played it cool and she eventually wanted to proceed to my room, which I was now terrified of doing, but I went with it anyways. We made out in my room for a minute or so until she guided my hand in her panties, which caused me to ejaculate again. I played this one cool also and continued to fondle her. After a minute or so of this, she reached down to fondle me, and before she even was able to touch me, I came again. At this point she noticed what was up, masturbated in my bed for a minute or so and left very awkwardly. So basically, I came three times within 4 minutes or so without ever being physically stimulated.

Since then I've encountered many attractive women who I could have either had great sex with or possibly a relationship with and failed to further things because of my embarassing problem.

During masturbation, everything is the same. I sometimes come on myself while watching porn, simply because of the pressure against my penis when laying on my stomach. Masturbation is no longer enticing because I can literally only stroke myself between 10-30 seconds before all my pelvic muscles clench up and i ejaculate. I'm starting to wonder if I've ever had a legitimate orgasm because I never really become aroused or stimulated, I ejaculate before I even get to that point.

I'm really needing some help on this because its starting to really effect my life. I no longer want to approach women nor do I want women approaching me. Which is a shame, being that im a very attractive 21 yr old male. The human brain and body are programmed to select the best possible mate and basically every aspect of our lives revolve around this concept. Me 'selecting the best possible mate' has become something im very uncomfortable with which in turn is causing me to be very depressed which is only making my problem worse.

I've tried kegels, the stop start method, meditation, breathing and distraction techniques, none have helped what so ever. Can anyone offer me any help or do i need to become a test subject at the Kinsey Institute? lol

It can be a problem man. If you don't mind coming out and talking about the problem with a Dr. - he can help. I used to take Paxil and no shit - I pumped until I just wanted to quit. Pain pills - ie. vicodin - maybe 10 mg will allow you to get a great erection but delay orgasm - guaranteed. As you might guess, I am an old fart who came up with "Better living through Chemistry".
You can also make sure your libido is not too touchy by masturbating before the possibility arise. Good luck man. It's ashamed to waste a good load when someone else wants it.

Appreciate the response! I do need to get with a doctor but this is something that im pretty embarassed about so I came here for help first. Besides that, I have a few Lortab on hand so ill give it a go. Problem with that, we all know sexual encounters arent always something thats planned out. I cant always sneak away and masturbate then pop a couple pain pills and wait for them to kick in when its that time. Anyone have any other suggestions? Is the severity of this problem rare? I read on here that most guys last between 5 mins to an hour once they penetrate, I cant even make it to penetration. Just wondering if this is linked to other problems.

Your masturbation and porn viewing have set you up for this problem. Quit watching porn. Don't entertain erotic fantasies. Only use masturbation as a tool to help you learn to identify your stages of arousal so you can learn how to control your ejaculatory reflex. Return to the start stop method and pay more attention to what your body is feeling like, moment-by-moment. Be aware of what you're feeling immediately before ejaculation: tingling sensations, muscles that tense/flex, breathing rate. And use that stop-start method as a means to quit before you reach your "point of no return." There are other techniques that you need to learn, but you need to go back to the start-stop exercise first.

Cutted, can you send me a link to ur thread please? Greg-Thanks, I'll definitely nix the porn and make masturbation more of a therapy session than pleasure. You have any other advice? Im really really needing help with this so im open to anything.

Too much porn & teenage masturbation.
    I still do those things.
    I guess that's why I still have PE :(
