Here is a video/article of an interview with Bill Clinton on the lagging US economy. http://news.yahoo.com/decade-difference-concert/ I must say, I do agree with some of his points - finding common grounds between private sectors and government to avoid anti-government mentalities, his reasoning for why things are the way they are, and his solutions for a better future. What I like the most about it is that he clearly states that it isn't and hasn't been one president's fault or another...its stuff that's been happening over the decades with the changes America is going through technologically and so on. What are your opinions on this?
I feel the same way after seeing a few interviews/speeches by him recently. He seems so put together and really focuses on the actual problems rather than beat around the bush and give these half-ass responses to things like most politicians do.
I get the feeling that Clinton is listened to more so out of office than in it. For some reason there is shroud that clouds a president's ability to speak normally, plainly and directly to the American people.
Ya'll know of course that Clinton started the funneling of our jobs to over seas with NAFT. He is a rich elite and he will say anything to keep it that way.
