    levels on americas west coast being only half what they are 30 miles upwind from the reactor

    america is downwind

    america is the target in all this
    ground zero

    it might be considered that russian haarp caused this event

    Yes its a possibility haarp was used,many believe this..... (The HAARP data was going crazy the day of the quake for 1)

    I hate when they use the word "may have" in news stories ...

    it leaves too much to interpretation

    further down the story actually sounds good..

    Probably based upon the half-life of some of the radioactive elements like Cesium. However there are far more longer-lived elements in the area that they are not talking about, like Plutonium....
