Just a quick hello I love animals, but have also found the health benefits of being vegan. I've been vegan for a number of years now, but I feel I could still be healthier. I think it's about time I started reading up and finding info on how to improve my diet and my cooking lol. Angie

hello and welcome! good for you for loving animals you might want to check out traditional chinese dietary therapy bob flaws has some good books on this subject I was a vegetarian for four years, and very briefly vegan, but found that I couldn't hack it doing a rigorous meditation, yoga, or qi gong practice will help to support your diet. maybe take a b-12 supplement too
