Help save Feline care Autumn open day

My lovely vegan friend Molly works at a cat sanctuary that has been given the ultimatum to raise £70,000 (£23,000 left to raise by end of Sept)to stand as a separate charity or close.

Please look up Feline Care (situated in Norfolk UK) and you will see all the good work they do re homing domestic and feral cats and all the resident cats that have been given a happy permanent home.

I don't want to get banned, so I don't think I can give links to donate, but if 23,000 people could donate £1 (link on feline care site) then they would be saved

A final push (or maybe celebration!) for our fund-raising efforts to save Feline Care!

Grand prize draw, tombola, refreshments(unfortunately not souly veggie), jumble & goodies for sale, cake stall, books, jewellery, lucky dip... and much more... all our usual fun and games plus a chance to say hello to some of our friendlier feline residents!

Let's hope the corks will be popping because we've already hit our target and we'll be on our way to saving Feline Care forever - thanks to all of you who have made it possible.

12noon-3pm and entry is a change to our usual and will be £1 for adults or 50p for children.

Music will be provided by Round Midnight, a professional saxophone and piano duo, who have volunteered their time for the afternoon:
"We create a relaxed, friendly and sophisticated atmosphere playing background music for any occasion. We have a large and varied repertoire which includes pop, rock, jazz, classical, blues and show music.

I can not believe how amazingly generous people were with their time and money. Feline Care managed to raise £5,305.30 at the Autumn Open day.

In total they have raised so far £56,126.00 This is amazing, but still £14,000 to go in such a short amount of time is going to be hard.

If you can help please do, any amount no matter how small really does help and all adds up.
