In England. In America we kind of have a tight ass culture. Remember we were settled by people who left England for a life with hard work and less vice. it violated the rules of the site. i do not understand why this is confusing. it would just create more confusion if you were allowed to break the rules and nobody else was.

like i said before, i have no problem with the pic, i just know the rules as they are posted all over the damn place.
