Well, first off, you said Methadone helped, go find a doctor to give it to you.
Secondly, your spelling/grammar is awe-inspiringly atrocious, I believe that is what the guy who said he didn't understand you was alluding to.
    Kill your tolerance imo.
Go off cold turkey for a few days, or, go through rapid detox and start off fresh with a decent dosage.
Pumping up the dose isn't going to help you much it seems.

You should try some sort of NMDA antagonist which can both help with reducing tolerance AND with nerve pain in particular. Try Agmatine which can be bought on the Internet legally and cheaply. It is just a nutritional supplement. Keep us informed.

Ripped, EAT A TON OF HASH. Either a) It will lower the amount of pain, or b)It will get you to a point where you do not care about the pain.

I think the OP would be fine if he just tried some proven techniques to bust/lower tolerance coupled with some pretty intensive psychotherapy for Pain Management. People make fun of therapy for pain, but I met about 3 people one time when I was in a group therapy for depression. The three of them, in addition to the depression group therapy, worked experimentally with the psychologist for Pain Management psychotherapy. I swear, all three of them were able to dwell on their pain significantly less after about a month with the psychologist in the experimental therapy.

So I really would suggest giving it a shot. They would talk about things like diet and light (very light) exercise that could help in addition to psychological tricks to keep your mind from dwelling on the miserable pain all day.

You are right. I forgot about that. There have been a few legitimate studies that show LSD can cause dramatic, long lasting analgesia for treatment resistant cases in even sub-psychedelic doses.

However finding LSD is probably not the easiest thing. It is worth thinking about though.

well if you cant find lsd i would suspect a strong 2c-x or DOx may work. but once again im not entirely sure

I second scratcho on the acupuncture. treating back pain is one of the things that acupuncture does best

it can be expensive though. if there is an acupuncture school in your area, sometimes there is a student clinic that has pretty good cheapo acupuncture

you may also be able to learn an acupressure self-massage, but that might be difficult for you

I heard a story about a tai-chi grandmaster named Bruce Frantzis that severely damaged his spine in a car accident. I think he claims that wu style tai-chi cured his pain. just what I heard, don't know

also sounds like good advice. your doc may be just fine, but it's worth getting a second opinion

if there is a standard physical therapy for this, might be worth looking into, but it sounds like you are so badly damaged they might not even recommend that

other advice here might be good

you've gone through a hell of a lot, brother. hoping that you can get through this

That's the thing. I have only seen the studies for LSD. Now, pharmacologically, you would think any 5-HT 2A agonist would help, but the mechanism behind the pain relief is not currently known, so I am not sure if 2c-x would help. But it is easy to find so it is worth trying.
