But i was wondering are all the other non-medicinal ingredients(mainly worried about ammonium carbonate) safe to consume in these high amounts?
Do it. Enjoy the vomiting. Next time, buy the Robitussin Cough Gels. 15mgs of DXM per gelcap, nothing else. 2-3 bottles will have you deep, deep into the milky way.

Cough gels if you can't get pure dxm powder. Drinking a bottle of the syrup is stupid and really horrible tasting.
That menthol ingredient sounds kind of gross though. I hope you have a tough stomach. Two bottles of menthol syrup sounds nasty. I hope your high is good for the effort you have to put in to get it!
