Well I know this thread is all about ramdom thoughts, but I'd like to tell people about an issue I'm having in my life. Well I left my family in 2010, hoping to live my dreams and travel the world. Bad thing is that I ended up being homeless and never recovered from it. I make like 750 a month, but that doesn't help with security deposits. I've been to north and south carolina, pretty much living in tent, and isolating myself. But at times I do play music at open mic. Can anyone give me tips on how I can get a room? My name is Joker. i would have left my family too if they named me joker... if you're living pretty much for free now, just save up a couple months. check out apartments in the ghetto, a lot of times they'll give you the first month free, or ridiculously cheap, so you just have to pay the security deposit rather than the deposit plus first month rent. or, find someone who's looking for a roommate. might not even need a security deposit for that, and the rent will be cheaper since it's split. or, if you're lucky you can find another part time job. even just a few hours a week would help. $750 is not much to get by on, but even $900-1000 a month makes things a lot easier. or, maybe you could go back to your family if it comes down to it.
