Can you really extract Cocaine from Coca Cola?

In the thread "How to make cocaine hydrochloride" someone said 53 cans of coke makes 1 gram of cocaine. I know Coca Cola used to have cocaine and trace amounts may still remain but this seems really far fetched. If this is true and you have done it before, tell me what I will need and how I can do this.

The cocaine is already extracted out, otherwise they couldn't sell it here.
