I was just wondering how long it takes for pubic hairs to noticeably start growing back with different methods of removal. I've always done a combination of shaving/trimming in the past, and my only complaints are that it itches like a mofo growing back and it only last one, two days tops. I'm thinking about waxing. How long is it typically before you start getting stubble after waxing? Thanks for any help!
I find it gets noticeably stubbly after 1 week after shaving, which is why I shave once a week. Once a year I allow it to grow for 6 weeks (Feb 14th - Mar 28), as this is the time it takes to grow back to the degree where it could be considered to be 'trimmed' - a few weeks more & it would be back to a full bush.
I'm aware of the growth after shaving. I was mainly wondering about waxing. Thanks for the responses.
I trim mine down, really dislike having them too long cause it get's a little irritating. The thought of waxing just make's me cringe, but on the odd occasion, hair removal cream does the trick! Just be careful not to let the cream near your vajayjay or willy - cause it'll hurt!
Why?[/QUOTE] Just a bit of a tradition. I shave them primarily because my pubes are grey & I don't like how it looks. I let it grow once a year to remind me of what it would look like if I didn't shave them. As for the dates - Valentine's Day to my birthday.

oh my god one person messes up a quote and the entire thread is a series of partial quotes and plagiarisms and other nonsense! i don't understand why you would shave if it's that uncomfortable. aesthetics are only so important.
Waxing: three weeks. I wax every four weeks (allowing a week for it to grow long enough to be waxed). Once you get into a regular waxing routine, growth is less dense and therefore less painful when being waxed.
