Found bottle neep help identifying

Hi. I found a bottle in my bathroom of what I think might be some kind of codeine cough syrup but I really have no idea. There is no label but the bottle has a character that looks like a "7" combined with a "3" and then it's followed by "iii". The liquid is a dark red substance. Thanks for the help

 

Without a label it could be anything.

Someone had to take a leak, and couldn't make it. They later stashed the bottle in the bathroom, but forgot to empty it.
