My ear stretching plan

I currently have a 16g ear piercing and I'm wearing faux plugs to see what I would look like with stretched ears. I like it so I want to stretch them. My idea is to wrap my my earring in Teflon tape everyday(alittle) so what do you think? Is this possible?

 

You should only stretch once every few weeks minimum. Your really supposed to wait months inbetween stretches. And if your only at 16g you dont need to do the teflon tape method. You can use a taper if you want but you might not even need that since the hole is so small still. Also, don't use acrylic or any type of plastic earring on fresh stretches. use steel or titanium

 

I can't afford to buy tapers that's why I want to use Teflon. I'm a teen with no job.

 

I wouldn't add an equivalent of 14g of Teflon tape on one day. I would wrap very small amounts every day.

 

But i think the teflon method is only for large stretches. you dont wanna do something to them every day. it will irritate them.

Your welcome. When i had mine at 18g i just put a 16g earring in using vaseline and it went in fine with no taper or anything. did the same from 16g to 14g. Just gotta see what works for ya though

 

I thought I wouldn't be able to afford tapers for everytime I stretched. So I bought a stretching kit that comes with stainless steel tapers and tunnels. It was only 22 bucks

 

Tape at a size like that might just be difficult as well. Though once a bit larger is a great method!

 

I've heard that the 2g to 0g stretch bites so I might tape there and then sell my tapers because 0g is my goal size.
