Whenever I smoke I always become zombie-fied, Like I won't want to talk at all or do anything. I do enjoy being high I love the things my mind comes up with and how relaxed I feel but I just wish I wasn't so anti social. it could be because I don't smoke often enough lol.
Could also be the type of herb you're smoking - indica dominant strains will tend to give you 'couch lock' and make you not feel like doing much of anything (and feel great while [not] doing it!), where as sativa dominant strains will often liven you up and give you more of a mind fuck.
I think this is just a persona to ask sort of annoying questions about everything that could be controversial. "why does marijuana affect me as though I'm high?" "I like guys and girls, am I lesbian?" Yeah.... To all your questions, I answer: ehh, i think halo is a pretty cool guy, kills aliens and doesnt afraid of anything.
My boyfriend does the same thing. He is a talker (and I am not), but when he just shuts up for that long I always ask what's wrong. His answer everytime..." I'm high."
Marijuana turns your thoughts inward. The high from marijuana is conducive to deep thinking -- not socializing. However, too much weed smoking (the story of my life) can lead to becoming withdrawn and introverted. You slowly revert to your own little world and don't want to come out after a while. You become used to living inside your head. This has been the case with myself, anyway.
I've always been anti social while smoking, though I'm never sure which strain I happen to be smoking. What is the way you can find out which strain it is?
Its the opposite for me, which is kind of weird. Indicas tend to make me more paranoid. Both can make me anti-social at times, and both can make me more social. Also, Indicas are usually Darker and more dense. Sativas are usually Lighter and Fluffier. Thats just a pretty simple explanation. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong
I find that most sativas are dense, dark and hairy. Where indicas are lighter, fluffier and have more crystals.
Something along those lines. I live in a town of like 6 thousand, and just saw 2 DUI arrests (as well as probably passengers for possession and other shit) driving half way accross town.... and saw two earlier. And there will be another half dozen to a dozen tonight. Clearly, those people have lives, while I'm being a loser on the internet:2thumbsup: Take fewer tokes per session, work your way up. No brainer, I thought?
Once picked off the plant it's pretty much impossible to tell which it is just by looking at the bud. Depending on how they are grown and cared for the buds can both take on the physical characteristics as others described in this thread (either can be dark or light, fluffy, etc). The plants themselves look distinctly different, but I'm going to assume like just about everyone else out there you never see the plant it comes from soo.... the best way is to ask your dealer what specific strain it is (train wreck, purple urple, etc) and then when you get home you can look up on the web if that strain is indica or sativa dominant. The other possibility is that for some reason THC (and to some extend CBD) just effect you like this and will continue to do so no matter what strain you smoke. My opinion is as long as you're enjoying it don't worry about how social you are. Do you enjoy it or do you sort of wish you talked more? Just curious.
I do enjoy it, but at the same time I wish I talked more. Some people tell me if I smoke more I should start to come out of my bubble but idk if thats the case or not.
Lol those people are being idiots, I wasn't saying you don't have a life because your on the Internet but more so because you were being rude. I'm a Internet junkie to so its okay.
ive found that once you start to smoke on the daily the bad things about smoking start to go away like super munchies, getting real tired or in your case not talking.. Once your body gets a little more used to the high you should act more normal like yourself but still feel stoned ya know? Although i havent not been stoned a day for at least a good three years..
