MY buddy's got a 25 mcg/h SANDOZ matrix fent patch, which contains 5,78 mg fentanyl which he's planning to use buccaly. He asked me these questions: -since he has quite high tolerance to tramadol/benzos/alcohol, how much would it be okay to take? 1/8 of the patch contains 722,5 mcg Fentanyl or 1/16, which would mean 361,25mcg. What he is looking for is to moderately feel the drug. As far as im concerned they make 400mcg lollipops, so the 361mcg piece might not even be enough according to his tolearnce? You'd help hell of a lot guys, please
BE CAREFUL, I don't see your friend having an OPIATE tolerance, based on your e-mail, and in my opinion this is probably the WORST OPIOID to START with for OPIOD-NAIVE persons!!! Based on youre e-mail he should start with Banannas, which are the 10/325mg Perc's (long light yellow looking), vicodin or even a 15mg or 30mg roxi NOT FENTANYL!!! What's "buccaly" mean - is this a new ROA I never heard of??? Also just because he has a high tolerance to tramadol/benzos and alcohol ABSOLUTLEY does not mean he'll have a high tolerance to OPIODS - COMPLETLEY different chemical make-up (even though tramadol affects the same opiod receptors in the brain)!!! Fentanyl patches are HARDCORE and very EASY to OD off of, and from my experience even when eaten the on-set is slow and mellow, so before you know it you're in deep doo-doo throwing up in your friends parents potted plants in the front lawn beginn God for a quick painless death!!! Seriously though be very careful and if you're going to do it, TAKE it SLOW and wait every 30min - 1 hour before you take more - repeat process till you feel good, since this one is longer lasting (and the mgs are high for someone like your friend) you won't miss out on anything like you would on roxis (they last 2-6 hours depending on tolerance), except for a painful onset of OD!!!
EVERYTHING JB SAID PLUS 10. Opiate naive people die daily from this drug. Far as I'm concerned NO amount is good for your friend hearing his history!!!!! If an Opiate BUZZ is what he wants, I'd sell that patch and buy some Vicodin or percocet Like JB said. LOL you can't really use Moderation and Fent in same sentence!
Buccal method means sticking it in your cheek. (The cheek in your mouth, for us layfolk...) As a nurse, I have to echo the first two replies which are very smart - Fentanyl is a DANGEROUS drug that's incredibly potent. Tramadol is to Fentanyl as Tylenol is to belladonna. You should never use a patch any way but as a patch; using as that will give you a considerable buzz. I know someone who passed out from a 50mcg patch and a single 15mg oxycodone who was a regular user for chronic pain. Seriously, stick to pills, though.
saying that ihave a tolerance to lemonade, coke, and milk, doesnt mean i can drink a 12 pack.....like it was said...fent is the worse one to start out with....he probably be better off shooting H for the first time, supervised......... and not to mention those dosages are for ur skin not for your mouth......most commonly what happens is people nod out before they can take the patch out of their mouth......
^^^some of these dudes are hardcore opiate users. take their advice a friend of mine is really into opiates as well, and he warned EVERYONE about how dangerous fentanyl is when those suckers were going around where we live. don't mess with it, man.
Yeah once again agreed to the Nth degree!!! I'm really starting to like this site more and more, I frequented two others, but they would give very bad advice to posters like this!!! I was concerned at first someone might give bad advice here, but I'm very happy to see that is not the case!!! Just to share my "deep doo-doo" experience at a high level - intentional pun - I was already an avid Opiophite, when these little suckers crossed my path - I got one of the lollies thrown my way, and well the rest is as quoted above - I became very aquainted with the potted plants and got very, VERY, !VERY!, SICK after 2 of those suckers - sorry can't help myself today !!! At first I didn't feel anything so I crunched that baby up and then "may I have another, good sir", words I regret to this day!!! I even swore all Opies off for ever and succeeded into day 3 of horrible/terrible "flu" season !!! Of course I jumped back on the wagon and even crossed paths with these guys a few more times - but I was smarter, more aware and ready to handle them the right way!!! J*<0~*CHICK*~0>*

Since tramadol itself is an opioid, thats why i figured some cross tolerance may be between them. I live in a country where oxy or hydro is rarely prescriped even to cancer patients. Usually the line is: ibuprofen-tramadol(only for killing cronic pain)-fentanyl. Thank you guys Ill be pretty aware now,300 mcg might not lead to anything serious
^^doesn't sound aware enough. tramadol is one of the WEAKEST opiates there is. fentanyl is like 100X more potent than morphine, so maybe 1000X more potent than tramadol? that'd be like having a SLIGHT tolerance to shwag, and assuming you'll have a tolerance to the best weed you can find. except you won't DIE from taking too much of the best weed
Listen too porkstock, 300mg WILL lead to something serious and permanent - DEATH!!! Tramadol is NOTHING compared to Fentanyl, Vics, Perks and even Roxis are 100x times stronger than Fent and their BABIES compared to Fent!!! Please don't do anything STOOPID and listen to all the advice you got here - JUST DON'T DO IT!!!
i was on about 30 mg of oxycontin, and got switched to a patch that was either 25mcg or 75mcg, so i has to be somewhere equivalant to that, which im sore can cause resperatory depression in a person only used to taking tramadol.... i dont understand why people dont get you can increase dosages day by day, you dont have to go balls out the first time.....afterall you want to enjoy them right????? so it makes sense that you would want to be around to take them a second time, lol.
Morphine is the gold standard; fentanyl is 100x more potent than morphine and about 6000x more potent than tramadol. Tramadol is still a great drug for moderate pain or to catch a buzz. It's not even in the same league as fentanyl.
Okay kids people, thank you so much for people. I smoked two of my patches in TWO days. This shit is seriously addictive, mostly if its smoked. I woke up one morning and said to myself: lets smoke a TINY piece. I didnt feel much so i redosed. And it was......AMAZING. I can only compare it to tramadol and tramadol at high dose is BETTER than smoked fentanyl, but the ritual itself is what's addctive. -gotta go to work, so im bored, anxious and tired. -I vaporize the tiny-miny thing -Then the wonder happens. You realize that your job is great, you like your co-workers, your boss, the weather is awesome and you will completely be able to control your fent usage -ANd after 10 minutes its gone. Some positive after effects can be found, but in an hour you will hear the evil voice in your head "Smoke one more. YOu still have half of this patch, and an entire other one. -and you do i9t again -and again -a longer you wait between two smokes the better it will be. YOU CANT STOP IT. If you have infinite access to this drug, the last method you want to use it is smoking it.
