same, smoke some weed, if you cant smoke take the opiates in smaller doses periodically throughout the day rather than all at once..

Promethazine is great for getting rid of nausea, and it also is a great potentiator if getting high is your intention. Other then that I've always found a nice glass off choclate milk helps with a sour stomach from pills.

I've only ever gotten nauseaus from taking too many, so reduce your doses like poster one said!!! In addition it would be accompanied by a SERIOUS headache!!!

Other than that all the things the other posters said will work great, but I will say the promethazine always made me sick - not sure if you can get that OTC, mine was Rx'ed both with and without an opiate in it!!! Ther are plenty of other OTC nausea medicines you can get - try those!!!

Glass of milk, anti-histamines, or marijuana. All will help. Also try another ROA besides oral. Insuffulation or plugging can help to bypass your stomach and reduce irritation.

If your taking a combination opiate like hydrocodone/apap, percocet, percodan, vicuprofen etc..., doing a cold water extraction will make it WAY easier on your stomach. Gives you a better rush too

I second blitz, a glass of milk works wonders as it coats your stomach. Also chewing on fresh ginger is infinitely more effective than taking a medication that has, essentially, extracts of ginger. It tastes good too :) And of course, the ol' lay down on your back trick lol.
