I just learned the story line of the music video that I'm going to be in on Sunday. I've never done any acting at all. I'm excited and nervous!

Zengizmo is right Jenn. You have more life experience to back you up now than when you first went on the medication. That counts for a lot. I went off all my meds, including Effexor, two years ago. I can tell you that fear is a big head game that will try to mess with you. Your body may be a bit shaky for a few days but keep telling yourself that you have the wisdom to get through, because you do.

What would make me calm down is being on the dosage I was on. I need to talk to my mother she needs to know how upset I am and how bad I'm feeling. It’s not worth it just to get rid of some dizzy spells that may or may not get rid of them as a posed to feeling panic and upset all the time

 

Jennifer, can I ask what the medication is?

I want to get back on my right dosage. but I'm sure my mom will get pissed off, saying I need to give it a shot. I feel like I did give it a shot, and now I'm feeling bad cause of it

You do what you want, Jenn. I understand your feelings - you remember how awful it was before you got on the 200 mg dose, and you're very afraid of feeling like that again.

But I'll give you my honest opinion: I think that one day is not enough time to "give it a shot." I think you freaked yourself out about the lower dosage, and are unwilling to "give it a shot."

On the other hand, if I remember right you did say that you had the dizziness BEFORE you went on this medication, didn't you?
