No pictures :( just a question...

    How do I resize my pictures without making them look all fuzzy....whenever i try to change the size it just changes the pixels... How do i just make the pictures smaller so I can post them?

    resize em first, in photoshop or jpg, or what ever the hell ya use-then upload them
