Sorry to ask you guys this but I feel like I need some help or advice lol. Its 10pm now and I haven't been able to stop throwing up since 2pm today (7 times since then). I have absolutely no other symptoms but everytime I try to eat or drink anything it comes back up.. I have been trying to drink a glass of water since 2pm :(

Also no.. I didn't drink alcohol today or yesterday lol. Any recommendations of what I could do to cure the throwy uppyness?

If you smoke weed i think it helps with your stomach. I would google it first though to be 100%

Get someone to bring you some of the over the counter medicine for that. I didn't think existed until last year but it does.

Weed doesn't help me at all once I'm already to the puking point. I wish I had some advice for you, but the only way I've ever dealt was to ride out the storm. Make sure you're staying hydrated, dehydration just makes nausea worse. And remember, try to keep something in your stomach, even if it's just liquids, because it's a lot better to vomit than to dry heave.

Hehe I am trying! The problem is that whenever I take like 2 sips of water it comes right back up lol.. Only reason I can find is food poisoning but I dont have any of the other symptoms!

Its just so freaking odd that I feel good like I could do cartwheels right now but then..well nothing left in my tummy afterwards lol. I think I am going to brew some peppermint tea and see if that will calm things down

Dramamine may help. Have you tried pepto bismal? Peppermint tea and ginger help too, if you can get any of that down. Have you shat today? Was it normal? What did you last eat before this all started?

When you are throwing up that violently it's best to rest your stomach and not keep trying to hydrate yourself. You always lose more than you took in.

I usually take a walk and stuff settles down (or works it way out)

Everything is fine when I go to the bathroom. The only thing I ate today was a sausage and egg burrito :(

Also no I havent tried dramamine or pepto because I thought it would just come out again! I am going to stop messing around with WebMD because they say I have appendicitis (i have no pain though lol) :biker:

If you have appendicitis, you do start with nausea but it will advance to pain, especially if you try to lie flat.

Plus, if it was appendicitis, you probably wouldn't feel like being on the forum. I was sick as a dog, through and through.

Sounds like food poisoning. Do you know for a fact the meat/eggs weren't out of date, or did you get it from a restaurant? Do you have a fever?

I just got over a mild case of food poisoning a few weeks ago--not fun. I had a pretty serious case a few years ago from my college cafeteria. I was up all night puking and ended up going to the ER because I was throwing up bile and started getting "primal thirst" where I felt like I was dying of dehydration.

Not saying this will happen to you, but if you start getting really thirsty you might want to consider going to urgent care.

How are you feeling today? Even a wicked case of food poisoning shouldn't last more than a day or so. If you're still throwing up, you might want to try to get yourself into a doctor. At the very least they can give you a pill that calms the reflex that's in reverse and pump you full of saline. It would probably make you feel a ton better and after two days of hell, be totally worth it.

Sips (not drinks) of water, along with Sleep, and a bucket close at hand = tends to work for me :)

Warm 7-Up or Sprite and crackers usually settles a stomach.
