I've realized the Hippie Revenge. It's quite simple it's called zoning. In SF the highest price rents are in The Marina. The Marina is artificial land. It looks like solid land but that is an illusion. The Marina is built on earthquake rubble that has been pushed into the bay to create an artificial peninsula. The land that the buildings are built on isn't really land it is unstable fill. This is where the rich stock brokers live. This is where the bankers live. This is where the Gettys spent good money to live. One good shake and they are swimming. Meanwhile just over the hill is the Tenderloin. The poor neighborhood. Over the hill and inland. Humph quite simple. Stay Brown, Rev J
We All Know Another Shake In SF Can't Be Too Far Off, I Hope They Are As Solid In Their Swimming As They Are In Their Investing... Cheers Glen.
The last one was a real fun ride. And it took out the World Series. Only San Francisco could pull that off. Yay, The CITY!
Let's not froget it was a Bay Series: SF vs Oakland. The next big shake is likely farther south, nothing major has given in that area in along time. This is reminding me why I want to get back to my mountains...
