8g to 6g stretch help

I can't stretch to 6g, the taper gets in like 3/8ths in my lobe in If i try to push it in anymore it feels like it physically can't go in. I really need help.

 

Your ears might not be ready to stretch yet. When was you stretch from 10 to 8?

 

that really isn't at all a large step so it is unusual to me that it will not go through; especially with a taper. keep the taper in as far as you can, maybe go take a warm shower and while you are in there put it through. you don't want a blow out; but i am pretty sure you will not get one. but i also cannot predict the future.

 

I got it. All I did was tease my ear but putting the taper in and out. Then it finally went thru.

 

i remember tearing my tongue when trying to go from 8-6.. then later from 6-4.. i stayed with 6

 

Ouch that must of been a huge bitch. Ow.
