As the title suggests, I need help in making a dread bun. I've googled for info, I've looked up youtube tutorials, I'm still in the dark on just how the FUCK to do it. I have fat really irregular dreads which I think kinda makes the process a little harder. Any pointers? I'm trying to avoid using a scrunchie, I'd prefer just using my hair.

I've already seen that one. Also I don't think that particular method showcased in the video is meant to be performed on yourself?
why wouldnt it have been? you have hands and a mirror, your not often gonna find your stylist handy to tie your dreads up in the morning
Hmmm...i'm trying to think in a "If I had thick, long dreads, how would I do this". Personally, I think i'd attempt to plait the dreads up, twist it into a bun, and sort of pull the dreads through the bun and tie two dreads in a knot...if you get hat I mean D:
